Wire cutting is all about accuracy, and when tolerances are tight, the process has to be perfect. With EDM wire erosion, precision is achieved by passing an electrical current through a fine brass alloy wire, guided with care. Our technique allows for the creation of detailed internal keyways, complex splines, and intricate moulds — all produced with exceptional repeatability. HOW IT WORKS AND WHY IT MATTERS
Our process works by spooling a brass alloy wire through fixed guides while applying electrical discharge, cutting without direct contact. That means zero mechanical stress and a much finer level of control. It's particularly well-suited for delicate or highly detailed work, including prototypes and production components.
